What Device are you using? PalmOS or Pocket PC?
There are command line tools for converting and installing Tracks etc between PC and device at http://pathaway.com/convert.htm

Also third-party PC applications support converting tracks. See http://pathaway.com/links.htm

I use Palm OS and Have a lot of Tracks of Africa and Europe, as well as Maps.I´ve got them on my pc, but how can I upload them into this forum??
I tyed it with Maps in the pdb format, and the Tracks(PDB) but it did´nt work.So how do I do that?
I Had a look at your link´s but I´m still not sure how to do that.
( I don´t know, mabye my english it too bad,but I understood it like that, that you use it to get a map into Pathaway, and not to get a pdb file into this forum???)

Hi Hollgi !
The only software who translate files (not maps) for/from PathAway is GPSUtility I use it to generate .pdb files and then put them on my SDcard.

But « how can I upload them into this forum??» I dont know. May be you just put a link for an html page someware else ...

He does not want to know how to upload files to the Palm but to the forum. Usually in forums like this you can attach files directly to the post. Especially since this is an upload section of the forum I would also expect to have the option to attach files.

Currently the only option seems to be to upload the files to a different site and just post the link here.

My Apologies,
We upgraded the phpBB version and it broke our "File Attachments" module. We're fixing this now and will bring "upload" back online soon.

All tracks, routes, and points are stored in the PathAway.csv database, so they are not accessable to other programs. You must use our Conversion tools (or a third party's such as Touratech-QV or SoftMap.

To export track, route, and Point databases, you can use the PWDBConvert tools found at http://pathaway.com/convert.htm.

For Pocket PC, the command to get all data from the device is:

PWDBWMConvert CopyFromDevice C:\FolderOnPC

To get from a folder other than the default, enter something similar to

PWDBWMConvert CopyFromDevice C:\FolderOnPC,\Storage Card\PathAway\*.*

(replace the "C:\FolderOnPC", with your own "\Storage Card\PathAway" with your own.
Ensure that your device is connected via active sync before launching this command. The command can be run from a command prompt, or via the PC "Start Menu" "Run" program.
