Problem with maps moved to lifedrive

Postby edelgado » Sat Sep 24, 2005 3:16 am

Hi, I’m using PathAway3 on a LifeDrive PALM, I’t works fine. I moved some maps to the hard drive using the “Move to” function, after that an icon appears before those map’s names, showing that they are located in the MMC card. They work fine, they are displaying a little slower than those in the main memory but it’s ok. The problem is when I change to other application and run PathAway again, the maps on the hard drive doesn’t appear on my maps database, they aren’t displayed anymore

I think the problem is when pathaway is starting and reads the card. The only way that I found to use my maps located on the hard drive is moving just one map to the harddrive, after that, all my maps are showing and working again. But I have to move maps all the time.

Any idea how to resolve this problem?

I'm using PA on LD too. And if u put maps into Folder:
/PALM/PathAway/ on internal HD or on Card It should work without any problem (i'm using it this way with internal LD harddrive and it's working fine).
