1) What is the best size for a map?
What's best : one map of 10 Mb or dividing this map in 10 submaps of 1 Mb? Should there be an overlay or is it best to cut the map simply in pieces?
2) When calibrating a map 'in the field' using nudge-control, it happened sometimes that I ruined a map, so that it became totally unusable. Is there an 'undo'-function or is is best that I keep several back-ups of one map on my PDA so that I can delete the unusable map?
Thanks,
Guido |

Hi
I use 5mb maps with my T3 and have no problem to read them in a SD Card.
If you read frenh ou can see my method in this page :

I'm using Orthophotos with 82MB (9.113x10.080 pixel) on the SD card on my iQue3600.
It's better if the maps are overlapping at the edge.
