When you purchase, the confirmation screen should
contain your registration key. Also, you are sent a confirmation
email. Check your SPAM/Junk Email folder. Perhaps the confirmation
email was tagged as SPAM

Still cannot find
my registration key
I've lost my registration key
You may be able to retrieve your registration key yourself by
filling in the Registration
key search form.
I tried the search form and still
cannot find my Registration key.
PathAway says "Registration key is invalid"
After entering your registration key into PathAway,
if it says it is invalid, it is most liklely because the "Owner
name", "UID"
or Palm OS HotSync user name, you used to register with
does not exactly match. To determine if this name is incorrect,
please check the following:
I registered using
my Windows Mobile "Owner name"
I registered using my
Windows Mobile or Android UID from the About PathAway - Register screen
I registered using
my Palm OS "HotSync User name"
Once you have checked this, please answer the following:
My Owner name
or UID is different then the one I purchased with. I will need
a new registration key
I corrected the Owner
name or UID - Problem Solved
I changed (or reset) my device, now my registration key does
not work
Your PathAway Registration key is based on the Owner
name,UID, or IMEI you provided when you purchased. If you
changed devices, then you will need to re-enter the same name
you registered with. If you used the UID or IMEI for registration
then you will need a new registration key because the IMEI or UID
is unique for each device.
1) Ensure that your Owner name/UID/IMEI has
been entered onto your device. To do this follow these instructions:
For Windows Mobile using
Owner Name: To enter or re-enter your "Owner
name" under Windows Mobile see instructions here.
For Windows Mobile or Android using UID:
To find your UID, see instructions here.
For Symbian: Find your IMEI on your phone by dialog *#06#
For Palm OS: PathAway
encodes your registration key to the HotSync User name you provided
when you purchased. You must do at least one HotSync in order
for your HotSync Username to be stored on your device. This
name is displayed on the About PathAway - Register screen
and in the HotSync application. See instructions here.
2) Now that you have confirmed your new Owner
name/UID/IMEI are entered onto your device, answer the following:
My new Owner name/UID/IMEI does NOT match the one
I purchased with - I will need a new registration key
I corrected the Owner name or UID and the registration
key works - Problem Solved
I have not purchased the program
You need to purchase the program in order to receive
a PathAway Registration key. To try the 15-day limited trial,
simply press the TRY-IT button on the PathAway Startup screen.
If your trial has expired, and you would like to
continue, then try downloading the software again, as we reset
the trials from time-to-time.
I have a different Registration key Problem
